Do you sell unpasteurised cheeses?

Yes, we carry a wide range of traditional raw milk cheeses. Our mongers can easily point these out to you at the counter.

How much cheese should I buy per person?

For a cheese board after a meal, we suggest around 100g to 125g per person. If cheese is the main event, aim for 150g to 200g.

Can I sample before I buy?

Absolutely. We encourage tasting to ensure you go home with something you truly love.
