Welcome to Curd & Crust. By visiting our cheese shop, browsing our deli counter, or placing an order with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. We specialize in artisan cheeses and curated deli items, meaning product availability and selection may change based on seasonal supply.

All prices displayed in the shop or communicated directly are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust our pricing to reflect fluctuations in the cost of high-quality dairy and deli goods.

2. Product Weights and Cuts

Due to the artisanal nature of our cheeses and deli meats, products are cut by hand. While our cheesemongers strive for exact precision, the final weight of your items may vary slightly from your initial request.

• Hand-cut cheese weights may fluctuate marginally.
• You will only ever be charged for the exact weight provided.
• Visual representation of hampers and cheese boards may differ slightly as each item is individually prepared.

3. Allergens and Food Safety

We handle a wide variety of dairy, nuts, gluten, and other potential allergens within our deli space. While we maintain rigorous hygiene and cross-contamination protocols, we cannot guarantee that any product is entirely free from traces of allergens.

It is the customer's responsibility to inform our staff of any severe allergies prior to purchase. Once perishable goods leave our shop, it is strictly the responsibility of the customer to store them at appropriate refrigerated temperatures to ensure food safety and quality.

4. Returns and Replacements

Given the perishable nature of our cheese and deli items, we cannot accept returns once goods have left the premises. If you find a product to be compromised or entirely unsatisfactory upon immediate opening, please contact us promptly so we may arrange a suitable replacement or resolution.
